The cutting and shredding of crop residues has multiple agronomic benefits in a wide variety of situations, making the chopper a true multi-purpose tool. Whether in roadside maintenance, pasture land, headland management of field borders or between crops on arable or fallow land, efficient shredding of residues is an essential tool in good crop husbandry. The chopping and shredding of excess vegetation is an environmentally friendly way to control unwanted growth.
