EXTR∆ 300 series triple mowers in 8.7-9.5m working width. With centre suspension and integrated parking device. Hydraulic ground adjustment optionally available.

EXTR∆ 300F and XF series, with or without auger, are available in several working widths and designs, including Compact and Alpin versions, making this an extremely versatile model.

Covering EXTR∆ 100, 200, 300 and 400 models there is a vast array of possibilities. From simple 1.65m side mounted to 4.00m centre suspended models with NonStop BreakAway.

The Vicon EXTR� cutterbar is engineered with durability and excellent cutting performance in mind. The fully welded cutterbar is designed for long and demanding workdays with maximum uptime. The Vicon triangular disc is renowned for providing excellent cutting performance, leaving a clean cut stubble.

The QuattroLink® suspension concept has set the standard for efficiency, performance and uptime. It is our high-end suspension concept for the most demanding terrain. With its pulled suspension concept and integrated hydraulics it provides the ultimate solution in accurate ground followings. EXTRΔ 700 and 7110 QuattroLink models cover 8.75–10.20m working width with optional BX belt for added flexibility. 7110 models support precision overlap and headland lift via the Tellus 1200 terminal, and, on top, CurvePilot automatic adjustment.

EXTRA 600F and 700F series are available in working widths of 2.80- 3.50m, with either SemiSwing or roller conditioner. Both series adapt exceptionally well to differing ground contours.

EXTRA 600 & 700 series mounted models are easy-to-operate machines. EXTR∆ 700 models are fitted with the QuattroLink suspension for exceptional ground adaptability. EXTR∆ 900 trailed models are available with centre or left hand drawbar.

Super-C Tines – Even Spread, Clean Job • Made from flat steel, the tine arm form a very compact unit for higher durability. • Made from 10mm shot-peened spring steel and a coil diameter of 80mm, Super-C tines add up to the most durable and flexible tine in the market. • The Super-C tine can be locked in three positions to customize the pick-up angle to different conditions

These Fanex models range from simple, low maintenance CompactLine tedders to heavy duty models with the maintenance-free ProLine gearbox, in working widths of 4.60- 11.20m.

Fanex 904C and 1124C ProLine models with transprt running gear are purpose-built for use with smaller tractors. Both are available with optional comfort hydraulics.

Fanex 1344 C and 1564 C working widths of 13.4 and 15.6m are designed for easy use and minimum maintenance. They both include the innovative TerraFlow concept for excellent ground following.

Vicon rotary rakes are designed to produce well-shaped and clean swaths, achieved by precision in every part of the raking. The ground contour following ability is important to avoid dirt in the swath - especially in variable field conditions. A wide variety of rakes, from single to four- rotor rakes, are available as ProLine or CompactLine models.

CompactLine or ProLine Vicon two- rotor rakes, with working widths of up to 11.0m, are built for challenging conditions, featuring a durable oil-bath gearbox, a strong frame, hydraulic adjustments, and 80° sharp-turn capability.

The Vicon four-rotor rakes excel in demanding tasks with a 15.0m working width, adjustable swath settings, and TerraLink Quattro for clean, precise raking. Seamless ISOBUS integration with the Tellus 700 ensures intuitive in-cab control.

Vicon Mergers offers a revolutionary raking system with working widths ranging from 3.8m to 10m, providing maximum flexibility in all crop conditions. The main difference between traditional rakes and Vicon mergers is their pick-up system. While traditional rakes drag the crop on the ground up to the windrow, Vicon mergers lift it and transport it on a conveyor belt.

How it works?

The bale is formed in the main bale chamber in the conventional manner until the required density is reached.

When the bale is fully formed, the crop flow is diverted to pre- chamber, while net is applied to the completed bale.

The tailgate opens and the completed bale rolls directly onto the wrapper by gravity.

The wrapper is raised to its working position and wrapping commences.

Crop flow continues to fill the prechamber until the pre-set density is reached.

Crop flow and pre-compressed crop are transferred to the main bale chamber.

The Vicon wrapper range includes different models to meet all your requirements, from the mounted BW 2100, which is perfect for 'wrap at the stack' operations, to the trailed turntable wrappers BW 2400-2600, suitable for high output operation even in rough or hilly conditions, and BW 2250 is equipped with a low maintenance satellite drive for fast and efficient wrapping.

The GEOSPREAD® system on 3 different models, provides maximum accuracy when spreading. Thanks to the electric actuators the discharge point can be changed automatically between sections of 1 metre and can switch sections mid-operations to avoid unnecessary overlap.

iDC stands for Intelligent Disc Control. It allows a independent disc speed of the left and right disc, which is especially useful during border spreading. By reducing the disc RPM on the side nearest the field edge, a more precise spreading pattern can be achieved.
